    Meet the Panelists

    Ingela Kloo
    Software Engineer - DICE

      Ingela studied Game Programming at Högskolan i Skövde. She began her career at Ghost Games in Gothenburg as part of the AI team for the Need for Speed franchise, where she focused on developing the behaviors of computer-controlled racers and enemy cops, making them more believable and engaging to race against. In 2020, Ingela joined DICE as a software engineer on the weapons team. In her current role, she develops systems that enable designers to fine-tune weapon settings and behaviors, ensuring each weapon delivers the intended experience.

      Linn Wikstål
      Development Director - DICE

      Linn has been Development Director at DICE for seven years. She began at EA on the Frostbite Rendering Team for EA’s proprietary engine. Today, she leads two Battlefield Online teams, overseeing their technical deliveries. Linn holds an M.Sc. in Media Technology and Engineering from Linköping University and has a strong technical background. She began her career as a developer at Netlight, an IT consulting firm, where she spent ten years gaining broad experience across multiple industries and roles, including Developer, Systems Architect, and Technical Project Manager.

      Ann-Sofie Palén
      Game Designer - DICE

      Ann-Sofie began her journey at DICE as an intern, joining directly from The Game Assembly in Malmö. With a background in software engineering, she initially worked in technical roles before gradually shifting her focus to game design. Today, Ann-Sofie is a gameplay designer, concentrating on crafting the “combat experience” for players as well as developing gadgets. She collaborates closely with other designers and developers to ensure that each gameplay feature is engaging and balanced.
