Pink Programming is Sweden’s biggest network for programmers who are women and non-binary! We’re a non-profit organization who works for a gender equal tech industry, with the mission is to inspire more women and non-binary people to discover coding and choose a career in tech, to support those already working in the industry and also, to help companies to become more inclusive.

The team behind Pink Programming is a small office in Malmö, and several teams of volunteers across Sweden! Some work as developers, others have joined us to be photographers, event coordinators or to be another pair of helping hands during our various events. As a member of this fast-growing organization, you have the opportunity to make a big impact and you get access to a fantastic network of women and non-binary in tech.

What is a Pink Programming event?

Pink Sundays and After Works are our popular coding & networking events, usually organized in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö.
