Jane began her career as a software tester and then transitioned into the role software developer. In this talk, Jane will share her inspiring career journey, detailing how she navigated the challenges of shifting into a new role and the obstacles she faced along the way. She’ll offer insights into the strategies she used to overcome these hurdles, providing valuable lessons for anyone looking to make a similar leap in their own career.
