Power Up Your Network

Did you know Skåne's electrification is set to need lots of technical talent in the years ahead? This Pink After Work is your chance to explore what a future in energy could look like!

We are teaming up with Region Skåne to connect more women and non-binary people from the Pink Programming community with opportunities within the energy sector, in order to shape Skåne’s green transition.

In this Pink After Work you will connect with energy companies such as E.ON, who will do a hands-on showcase of their new digital architecture; Kraftkvinnorna, will share what working in the sector is actually like; and an inspirational session from Eolus.

Come and see how tech skills translate into a completely different kind of impact.

As always, the event is completely free and open for all women and non-binary people, whether you're a code expert or just code curious, you're more than welcome to join!

Come for the mingling, stay for the inspiration, and leave with a new perspective on where your skills could take you. There are always new friends waiting to be found at a Pink Programming After Work!

About the partnership:

The initiative is carried out by Pink Programming with funding from Region Skåne, as part of the programme Kompetensförsörjning för Skånes Elektrifiering. Join us for after works, workshops, and knowledge-sharing throughout autumn 2026 and spring 2027.

From Information Systems to Enterprise Architecture: Building the Digital Energy Future

What does working with tech at an energy company actually look like?

In this session, Susanna Nirvald, Enterprise Architect, will introduce you to Vintergatan – E.ON's new digital architecture – and explore how it connects systems, processes and digital capabilities across the organization.

Through a concrete case, you'll get an insight into how enterprise architecture enables digitalisation, automation and more efficient ways of working – and the role tech professionals play in shaping the energy systems of tomorrow.
