This presentation invites reflection on the complexities of being a woman leader in the tech industry. Drawing from her experience in project management and leading organizational transformations, Patrycja will share insights on how she built confidence and conquered imposter syndrome. Rather than simply combating gender stereotypes, we’ll explore how to navigate them and potentially turn them into strengths, by discussing how emotional intelligence and adaptability can empower women to thrive in leadership roles within global IT organizations.

Patricia has over 20 years of project management experience, including automotive software development, she leads a team of 200+ engineers, focusing on aligning technical competencies with evolving trends and business needs. Emphasizing Management 3.0 principles, she fosters technical growth through knowledge-sharing frameworks and collaboration within tech communities. She excels in identifying and nurturing talent, building scalable engineering teams for GlobalLogic's clients. A champion of neurodiversity, she leverages diverse perspectives for improved problem-solving and productivity. As a certified business trainer and lecturer in Automotive Postgraduate Studies, she also mentors lecturers and oversees the curriculum.
