    Alicia Toom is a GenAI Engineer at Zenseact, where she develops AI-powered tools to help developers search and interact with autonomous vehicle data using semantic search and generative models. She holds a business degree from Handelshögskolan in Sweden and previously worked in tech recruitment. Motivated to make a broader impact, she transitioned into tech and now works at the intersection of data, AI, and software development.  Alicia also volunteers as a mentor to support others pursuing career changes into tech.
