She leads sales excellence at Solita’s GenAI Studio, where she enables teams to build AI capabilities and turn opportunities into real outcomes. With a background in organizational psychology and economics, she focuses on culture, inclusion, and learning, and is driven by empowering others to grow, collaborate, and thrive in evolving tech environments.
