Workshop

Let’s talk about salary!

Session by: Zenia Rosas & Lily Tsui

To create a more equal labor market, we need to talk openly about salaries. Whether you're still studying, just starting your career, or already established, we want to help you feel confident and prepared when discussing your salary with friends and employers.

During the event, we will go through useful information, explore what salary means to you, and host a Q&A session where you can ask us your questions. In addition to providing theoretical knowledge, we’ll share practical tips and tricks through individual and group exercises designed to make you a more confident negotiator.

Through an open and transparent dialogue, we aim to equip you with the tools and encouragement to empower your journey in tech.
