Panel discussion & Workshop

Build your own camera - From hardware to image processing!

Workshop holder: Emma Andersson, Vendela Nigård, Linnea Allander & Julia Jakobsson

In this workshop you will get to assemble a classic Axis camera and explore some of its key features like motion detection and audio analytics. Zoom in, try some image processing and learn some basic python along the way.

Emma is a software Engineer
and  works with video management system and works in C#.

 

Vendela is working with image quality, ranging from choosing the hardware to image processing algorithms in primarily C++ and python.

 

Linnea has been a part of the new Axis Graduate Program for the past year where she has had 3 different roles within Axis. Currently Linnea is developing an API for testing in production. Typically she's coding in C and C++ but occasionally also uses Python.


Julia is working as an imaging engineer, which means she works a lot with image quality regarding both hardware and software. She mainly uses python but sometimes also needs to read other languages as well.
