How to attract & retain diverse tech teams?

This interactive course provides hands-on strategies to help you attract a diverse pool of applicants. Learn how to foster an inclusive workplace environment, enhance your job ads and improve you interviews to both attract and retain diverse talent to your tech team.

Research shows the more diverse the team, the higher the productivity, creativity and profitability. Still, less than 20% of developers in Sweden are women and non-binary, and women leave tech roles at a 45% higher rate than men. So, how can you as an employer attract and retain the right competence?

Rooted in research with insights from inclusion experts, and the experiences of hundreds of female and non-binary developers within the Pink Programming community, this course offers unique yet concrete strategies to ensure your organization stands out as an inclusive and attractive employer.

At the end of the course, you'll have knowledge and tools to attract and build more diverse teams, ensuring employees can thrive — regardless gender or background.

As part of this course, you’ll gain invaluable knowledge and also the opportunity to connect with peers from other organizations and companies, sharing experiences and building a network of like-minded professionals, changing the industry together.
