Build Your First AI Workflow - From Idea to Automation

Workshop by: Lara Pirdaoud
Guest contributor: Priya Sharma

In this hands-on workshop, we’ll explore how AI can be used to build simple workflows and introduce the foundations of agentic systems. You’ll learn how to think in terms of automation, prompts, and how different tools can work together to create smarter, more dynamic processes. We’ll start by walking through a live example, showing how an idea can be transformed into an AI-powered workflow using prompts and automation logic. During the session, we’ll also have a short guest segment focused on prompt engineering, where you’ll learn how to structure prompts to get more accurate and useful results from AI models.

After the walkthrough, you’ll have time to experiment and build your own version with guidance. The goal is to give you a practical understanding of how AI can be applied - no matter your background
