Are you curious about coding with AI, or want to get hands-on with robotics?

Join us for this Pink Sunday in Stockholm, where we'll explore different AI coding tools. Explore how coding can help you get started on your own project to trying one of our demos.

If you prefer something more tactile, we will invite you to test your skills with block programming and get one of our small cars moving! 

No experience is needed so just come with yourself, curiosity and excitement to try something new.

This session will consist of two workshops, more information and tickets below.

Session 1: Coding with AI

Curious about how AI can help you code?

In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll get hands-on experience using AI-powered tools to support you while programming.

We’ll explore how to ask effective technical questions, generate and improve code, debug problems, and -just as importantly- critically evaluate the code AI gives you.

You’ll work in Python or a programming language of your choice and learn practical ways to integrate AI into your own coding workflow.

No advanced programming skills are needed: the focus is on experimenting, understanding what the tools can (and can’t!) do, and building confidence using AI as a coding companion.

Language: Python or language of your choice

Prerequisites: GitHub account, visual studio code installation and choose an AI tool

Annika Wong Systems Engineer at FleetMQ with a background in research on localization technologies for autonomous vehicles. Her work combines mobility, robotics, and software development, with a focus on turning innovative ideas into practical systems. She regularly integrates AI tools into her development workflow and enjoys exploring how they can support engineering work. Outside work, she enjoys creating 3D models, traveling, and hiking

Aurora Martiny is a PhD student at Politecnico di Torino and is currently spending a visiting research period at KTH. Her research focuses on energy-efficient and resilient telecommunication networks, investigating how emerging technologies can improve network performance while reducing energy consumption. During her Master’s thesis, she studied machine learning and explored the energy impact of applying these technologies to telecom applications. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with cats, playing volleyball, and writing.

Session 2: Block Programming for Small Robotic Car

Session by: Veronica Pantoni and MJ Eng


Ready to make your code move?

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll use visual block-based programming to control a small robotic car- no complicated text commands required!

We’ll start with the basics and explore how different instructions affect the car’s behaviour, including its movement and speed. You’ll then put your new skills to the test by programming the car to navigate a traffic scenario, experimenting with different solutions along the way. It’s a playful introduction to programming, robotics, and the technology behind smarter transportation systems.

No previous programming or robotics experience is needed, and there’s nothing to prepare-just bring your curiosity!

Veronica is a Research Engineer at KTH, working across the Smart Mobility Lab and the Integrated Transport Research Lab. Her work focuses on planning, decision-making, and control for connected and autonomous vehicles. Having recently graduated from Politecnico di Milano, she adopted modern AI tools early and naturally uses them in her daily engineering research. She is driven by the potential of autonomous systems to create positive societal impact. In her free time, she loves traveling and practicing sports, especially swimming.

MJ is a Fullstack Developer at KTH/ITRL, with a background in building websites and web apps, having recently graduated from Chas Academy in May 2026. Driven to stay on top of what's happening in tech, she uses AI tools in their everyday workflow to build smarter and keep learning. In their free time, she enjoy hitting the gym and going for runs.
