The secret’s out… Stockholm, we’re talking Web Accessibility
For our upcoming Pink Sunday, we’re diving into a topic that doesn’t always get the attention it deserves - but absolutely should: Web Accessibility!
Whether you’re just starting your journey or already working in tech, this event is for you. You’ll learn how to build websites that don’t just look good, but work for everyone - using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in a hands-on workshop led by Rikku Bölske. We’ll explore how to write inclusive code from the start and gain practical tools to build with accessibility in mind.
To broaden the perspective, we’re also welcoming Adrienn Pozsgai, who brings a powerful, person-centered take on accessibility. With a background in special education, she’ll help us see beyond screen readers and visual impairments — showing how inclusive tech can support a wide range of needs and open up digital spaces for everyone
This is your chance to gain a high-impact skill, boost your coding confidence, and connect with others in the Pink Programming community. Expect a warm, welcoming space filled with creativity, learning, and fun conversations.
Let’s make the web a better place — one accessible line of code at a time. See you there!
Programming language: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
